Convenient accommodation, approaching staff, ideal location close to the train station. I had an excellent stay in my economy king room. Everything was perfect as expected, yet the bathroom was a little tired. Lovely breakfast, good service.

The place was fairly clean and we loved our suite. The staff was polite, courteous all the time.

We loved staying at this place where the location is close to the train station. This made it super easy for us to travel back-and-forth to the airport - a real plus point! Despite being situated in an area that didn't seem to be too safe, the hotel itself was well-maintained and clean. The helpful staff went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, from organising tours to providing a much-welcomed welcome drink upon arrival! Plus, the room amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities and soundproofed walls really helped us feel comfortable during our stay.

The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with the train station just a short walk away. This made it easy for us to explore the city and even take day trips to nearby attractions like Pompeii. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with basic information and serving us a good breakfast with plenty of options. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, adding to our overall positive experience.

The room itself could have used some updating, as there were noticeable scratches on the walls and the beds were quite noisy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Naples. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation options. It was just opposite the shuttle station and very close to the train station. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit the old town and Via Toledo. Despite being in a poor neighborhood, we felt safe during our entire stay. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly liked the air conditioning. The room was spacious and clean, with a safe for our belongings. The bathroom was also clean, and we were actually surprised to find toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. The staff were very kind and helpful, always responding quickly to any requests we had. The restaurant in the hotel was also excellent, with a friendly and excellent waiter named Patrick.

Convenient location near the railway station. Friendly and courteous staff provided great advice for exploring the area. The house and gardens were beautiful with stunning views. Shopping street was just a short walk away. Very good hotel for the price.

They were pretty good too ensure our stay was enjoyable. the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, offering a range of tasty options. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and attractions just a short walk away.

There were noticeable stains on the walls and switches, made us question the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
